be ordered separately.
Hella rotating beacons have official
type approval within the scope of
validity of regulation ECE-R65. They
have to be attached at the highest
point on the vehicle, and in a position
perpendicular to the road in the case
of vehicles loaded ready for operation.

The rotating beacons have radio
interference suppression and comply
with VDE 0879 Part 2.
They are EC-approved in accordance
with RL72/245 EC, version 95/54EC.
• Drill with
6.5 mm diameter bit
For mounting purposes the device
does not need to be opened.
Choose a suitable position

The double-flash beacon is fixed
to the vehicle roof using three M6
screws.

Slight arching of the vehicle roof can
be compensated via the variable
rubber base, by tightening
the attachment screws to different
extents.

emergency vehicles.
Amber light dome for public road
servicing vehicles, towing vehicles,
vehicles with excess length or width etc.
If the prescribed visibility (see StVZO
[German Road Traffic Licencing
Regulations]) is not achieved due to
I on the other fittings mounted on the vehicle
roof, further double-flash beacons
must be fitted.
