The units are supplied:
• covered by a cardboard package;
• protected in the upper part by a wooden frame;
• fixed to a pallet by 4 screws;
• tied down by two straps.
Each unit is supplied complete with:
• Instructions for use;
• Wiring diagram;
• Water filter;
• Warranty document;
• Use and maintenance manual for the pumps, fans and safety valves.
II.4.2 LIFTING AND HANDLING
DANGER!
Movement of the unit should be performed with
care, in order to avoid damage to the external
structure and to the internal mechanical and
electrical components.
Also make sure that there are no obstacles or
people blocking the route, to avoid the danger of
collision or crushing. Make sure that there is no
possibility of the lifting-gear overturning.
Use a fork-lift or pallet truck to move the machine with its packaging
intact to the final installation position.
Pass the straps through the slots on the base of the unit, having first
checked their suitability (their strength and the state of wear and tear).
Take the strain on the slings, checking that they remain properly
attached to the lifting-hook; lift the unit a few centimetres, then, only
after checking the stability of the load, carefully carry the unit to the
installation site. Lower the unit carefully and fix it into place. During
handling be careful not to trap any parts of the body, in order to
eliminate any possible risk of crushing or any other injury if the load
drops or shifts suddenly.
II.4.2.1 Handling instructions
DANGER!
The centre of gravity is off-centre and could cause
sudden and hazardous movements. The centre of
gravity indicated in the table and highlighted on the
unit by the appropriate symbol is approximate.
Therefore the unit must be handled carefully so as
to avoid damage to the external structure and to the
internal mechanical and electrical components.
