During transportation of the flatwork ironer, ensure its stability. The ironer must not be
transported without the wooden frame.
If the ironer needs to be transported again (e.g. if you are moving location), it must be
raised to the wooden frame and secured within.
Securing the machine
Measures to secure the ironer in place on the floor are essential.
The ironer must be secured to the floor after installation using the plugs and screws sup-
plied.
The fittings supplied are for bolting the machine to a concrete floor. For other types of
flooring, please purchase suitable fastening materials separately.
Removing the transport safety device
Before use, the transport safety device must be removed from the heater plate. Remove
the transport safety device by dismantling the brackets (shown below) in both side
columns.

Before transporting the ironer again, the transport safety device must be refitted.
Electrical connection
The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician who must ensure
that all electrical work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and
standards.
The ironer should be connected to the mains electrical supply via a suitably rated plug and
socket.
The electrical connection and wiring diagram are located behind the mounting flap of the
right-hand side column.
