The presence of a crossed off wheelie-binindicates that,
within the European Union, the product is subject to
separate collection at the end of its useful life.
These products must not be disposed of together with
regular municipal waste.
CONTROL PANEL
1. On/Off switch.
2. Red LED light (left) of the blade access
cap: when the light is on, the cap is not
closed properly.
3. Blue LED light: when the light is on, the
machine is ready for use.
4. Red LED light (right) of the lid: if the
light is on, the lid is not closed properly.
5. Pulse button: push button to move the
blade.
HOW TO PREPARE THE MACHINE
FOR USE
Before using the machine for the first time,
clean all parts with a damp cloth.
To clean the rollers, feed a small amount
of pasta dough through the rollers; throw
the dough away when done.
Attention! Check the voltage. Make sure
that the voltage of your power outlet
matches the rating indicated on the
machine's rating plate.
HOW TO PREPARE DOUGH
Measure out the ingredients according to
your recipe (Fig. 2).

Open the machine lid and pour the
ingredients into the mixer bowl (Fig. 3).
Make sure the blade access cap is closed
and left red led is off.
Close lid and turn on the machine by
pressing the On/Off switch (Fig. 4).
After about 3 minutes, you should have a
smooth and firm dough. Open the lid to
remove the dough (Fig. 5).
To remove dough more easily (Fig. 6), stop
the machine when the dough is
in the upper part of the tray by pressing
the Pulse button.
HOW TO MAKE PASTA SHEETS AND
PASTA USING THE PASTA MIXER
Cut the dough you've made into 4-5 pieces
(Fig. 7).
Attach the smooth roller accessory to the
machine. Set the selector to 0 by pulling it
out and rotating it, so that the rollers are
fully open (Fig. 8).
Feed one of the dough pieces through the
rollers (Fig. 9).
Repeat this step 5-6 times, folding the
pasta sheet each time and, if necessary,
adding more flour (Fig. 10/11).
