Customising your Bodyclock Active
You can only change these settings when the wake-up sunrise is not
activated. A shows when it's activated, in which case press E to turn
it off. See the relevant section for full explanation of customisation
options and how to change them.
Customisation options at a glance
CUSTOMISATION OPTIONS
Wake-up time
Set the time you want to wake up.
Time
Set the actual time.
Wake-up options
Choose to wake up to just a sunrise or add
other alarm options.
Display brightness
Set the brightness of the display panel.
Sunrise
Choose a longer or shorter sunrise.
Sunset
Choose a longer or shorter sunset.
Volume options for bedtime
Choose to have the radio or other sound
fade in volume as you fall asleep.
Nightlight
Set the light to stay on at low level.
Security
Set the light to come on automatically when
you're away.
Language
Choose the language used on the display
panel.

Time and wake-up time
If you receive a strong FM radio signal, the clock keeps accurate
time when tuned to a station with RDS (Radio Data System) as it
includes an embedded time signal.
If you need to change your wake-up time or the actual time, press
and hold E until
SET WAKEUP TIME

Press and hold - or + to change the time. To set, press E or wait 12
seconds.
Wake-up options
You can wake to a sunrise followed by one of the relaxation/well-
being sounds, to a sunrise and the radio, to a simple sunrise only or
to a sunrise ending with flashing light.
