Important information : In order to have a good measuring resolution, an adapted restrictor must
be used depending on your air gage (see chap 3.3.1). The air preparation unit 804.2203 gives 0.1
millibar of stability.
You can use the following method to know what resolution you will have with the couple airgage/
restrictor you use, and eventually change the restrictor.

Before mastering, you can place the MIN and then the MAX master and write the corresponding
pressure values. Then calculate :
(dimension of MAX master)-(dimension of the MIN master)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ = resolution in μm for 1millibar
(MAX pressure-MIN Pressure)*1000
In order to have 0.1μm stable, the result of the previous calculation should be = 0.1
It is generally acceptable to have the result up to 0.2.
Over 0.2, it is recommend to change the restrictor (if you need 0.1μm stable).
