7.2 TROUBLESHOOTING

TROUBLE
The machine does not start up
(STOP pushbutton ON without
active alarms)
The machine does not start up
(STOP pushbutton OFF)
Since the beginning of the
freezing cycle, the compressor
works intermittently
During the freezing cycle the
display shows 0 or very low
figures.
Presence of liquid ice-cream in
the drip drawer
The consistency of the product
is not satisfactorily
The consistency of the product
is excessive
Production times grow longer
and the ice-cream looks wet.
Around the end of the freezing
cycle the values on the display
decrease instead of increasing:
the gelato solidifies and gather
around the beater centre and
does not come out of the
dispensing door.

Check the phases.
Close the switch and check the

Check for the presence of water
in the water supply system to
which the machine is
connected. Check the taps.
Check that the discharge is not
obstructed.
Clean the condenser with a
brush and check the motor
ventilator for correct operation.
Check the rotation sense and
the electric connections of the
three-phase line
