5.2 CONTROL PANEL

1. DISPLAY
It displays all information about the working processes and the allowed settings.
2. TER LED
It warns about any malfunction in the system
3. STOP
Whatever working cycle is in progress, it stops the machine and cancels any function in
progress.
4. DELIVERY/ UP
By pressing the DELIVERY pushbutton, only the agitator motor keeps on running. The
door safety catch is enabled and the agitator motor stops running after 30' of operation,
the DELIVERY pushbutton warning light starts blinking.
5. SEMI-AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION/ ENTER
The SEMI-AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION pushbuttons activates the freezing cycle with
automatic control of the consistency setting.
6. TIME PRODUCTION / DOWN
The TIME PRODUCTION pushbutton activates the freezing cycle with time control.

7. GRANITA PRODUCTION

The GRANITA PRODUTION pushbutton activates both the GR1 program -
consistency control and continuous agitation - and the GR2 program - time control
and cyclic agitation.
