9 Remedy
If a fault occurs the "Fault" symbol lights up or flashes on
the LED information panel. The device cannot be used as
long as the fault has not been rectified.
Possible faults:
Wrong or defective charging cable.
For versions Professional+ 7,4 / 22 (PnC) only: Residual
current device or circuit breaker has triggered.
To correct the fault, observe the following sequence:
f Terminate the charging process and disconnect the
charging cable.
f Check whether the charging cable is suitable.
f Plug the charging cable back in and start the charging
process.
f For versions Professional+ 7,4 / 22 (PnC) only: Restart
residual current device or circuit breaker.

If the fault could not be corrected, contact your
responsible service partner.

f In the "Errors list" row, the error message is displayed
in the second column.
