7.4. Connecting the voltage-free auxiliary relays

These inverters have two voltage-free outputs which can have several functions:
Closing the relay in the event of an insulation fault (default option).
Closing the relay in the event of a grid, voltage or frequency out of range alarm.
Closing the relay in the event of any alarm in the inverter.
Closing the relay upon connection of the inverter to the grid.
Closing the relay if the estimated power of the PV array exceeds the load power. When this mode is
selected, the user will also have to enter another configuration parameter: the load power.
For the connection, keep in mind the relays' characteristics:

7.4.1. Cabling requirements

The section of cables used must be between 0.25 and 2.5 mm
The cable must pass to the inside of the unit through one of the two M16 holes available in the accessory supply
area.

7.4.2. Connection process

To insert the cable into the unit, use one of the precut holes protected with a cap. Remove the cap and fit the
corresponding M16 packing gland. Use a multi-pole hose.
