Herrmann blue flame burner HL 60
Efficient, clean and quiet
Rising energy prices act as an incentive to save energy. At the
same time there is a growing willingness of the consumer to make
a personal contribution to environmental protection. This change of
awareness also reflects in our products. Therefore our modern bur-
ner system enables extremely low pollution combustion with the
smallest air surplus. Not only the quality of the air, but also the effi-
ciency of the heating installation and its cost effectiveness will
benefit from this.
Proof of our efforts in relation to energy efficiency and the minimi-
sing of pollutants is the excellent performance of our HL 60 blue
flame burner G/I/K/N/P in the type test, in accordance with (Euro-
pean Standard) EN 267:2011-11, classification 3, the German Envi-
ronmental Label "Blue Angel", in accordance with RAL-UZ 9, and
the Swiss Ordinance on Air Pollution (LRV).
The extremely pressure stiff blower designed specifically for the
combustion of fuel oil guarantees a pulsation-free start of the
burner. Thanks to another high-quality components, a reliable
operation of the burner a long lifetime is ensured. The almost her-
metically sealed burner housing prevents that odours from the
burner inside the site appears. The innovative design of air intake
are different inlet for combustion air available. In addition, offered
also specially adapted intake air silencer for the room air-depen-
dent as well as the room air independent operation. In combina-
tion with the sound-absorbing lined cover the operating noises of
HL60 reach a previously unmatched low level. The excellent
access to all components, and the practical service position to
replace the nozzle with oriented upward nozzle set in terms of
maintainability new standards. Similarly, the removal and replace-
ment of all components is designed for simplicity and practicality.
So by the pluggability of all electrical connections and the use of
a single Allen wrench for almost all screw allows for easy replace-
ment of any component is possible.
Heating with oil has a tradition as well as a future with a Herr-
mann burner.
Oil as a fuel will play a decisive role for future heating moderni -
zation. In particular, new heating oil qualities such as EL, low
sulphur, or the growing admixture of liquid biocomponents, provide
a high potential for the future. Our HL 60 blue burner G/I/K/N/P is
well prepared for this because no modernization of burner com -
ponents is required up to an admixture of 10% (DIN 51603-6 EL-A
Bio 10).
At the final inspection each burner will be tested under operational
conditions. The period of guarantee amounts to two years from the
date of purchase (date of invoice). Please note that a specialized
company must carry out the installation, initial operation and main-
tenance. The present installation and maintenance instructions
contain significant information in this respect. In order to ensure
continuous saving and low pollutant operation of the system we
recommend an annual inspection of the burner by a specialized
company.
