4.1 For the cabinet

Provisions
• the refrigerated cabinet preserves the tem-
perature of goods, it does not reduce it
• use the cabinets only indoors
• the cabinets are designed to preserve/display
only fresh foodstu , freezed, both cooked and
pre-cooked (hot meals)
• opera ons inside the electrical panel are re-
served to quali ed sta only

4.2 For the goods

Provisions
• introduce the goods already cooled at the
temeperature that complies with the cooling
chain
• check at least twice a day, weekend inclu-
ded, that the temperature of the cabinet and
the goods is maintained
• load the cabinet so that the goods from a
longer me is sold before the newly received
goods (stock rota on)
• load the cabinet in order observing capacity

• use containers suitable for preserving the
goods
• regularly check the opera on of automa c
defroster (frequency, dura on, air temperatu-
re, restora on of normal opera on etc.)

4.3 For the environment

Provisions
• room temperature and humidity should not
exceed the speci ed values
• maintain the maximum e ciency of the air-
condi oning, hea ng and ven la on systems
of the point of sale
• the speed of air inside the room in the vicinity
of cabinet openings should NOT exceed 0.2
m/s
• protect the goods against sunlight

4.4 For use

quire the use of tools in order to be removed.
DO NOT remove the cover of the electrical panel
DO NOT block the inlet and outlet air routes

DO NOT introduce:
- heated products
- drugs
- shing bait
DO NOT overload the cabinet
Prohibi ons
High temperatures.
Overhea ng of the goods:
DO NOT use spotlights with incande-
scence lamps aimed directly on the ca-
binet.
• Avoid having air currents or the output from
the air condi oning system aimed directly
towards unit openings.
• Limit the temperature of the irradia ng sur-
faces that are present in the sales area, for
example, by insula ng the ceilings.
