Recipients The manual is divided into chapters. Each chapter is intended to a speci c pro-
fessional opera on:
QUALIFIED OPERATOR
quali ed person instructed to perform opera on, adjustment, cleaning, and
maintenance of the cabinet.
SPECIALIST REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN
technician trained and authorised by the body indicated in the contract (manu-
facturer/dealer/distributor) to perform: installa on, extraordinary maintenan-
ce, repair, replacement and servicing, aware of the risks they may be exposed
to and able to take all the measures to protect themselves and others, minimi-
sing damage with respect to the risks that the interven ons entail.
For each gure are de ned the skills required to operate on the cabinet in safe
condi ons.
Casing The manual should be preserved:

- In a suitable place, known to all the employees assigned to maintenance, to

- deliver the manual to any new user or owner
- provide appropriate communica on to the manufacturer.
If the manual gets lost or damaged, ask a copy to the manufacturer.

- The manual must be considered a part of the cabinet and must be stored during its en re
life me.
- the original language of the manual is Italian, which is the only o cial language.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for transla ons into other languages that do not re-
spect the original meaning.
- The contents of the present manual represent the state of the art and technology used to
manufacture the cabinet that were valid at the me the cabinet described was placed on
the market; it therefore cannot be considered outdated if subsequent updates are made
ed to new norms or know-how.

opera ons (transport, installa on, maintenance, etc.), each in accordance to his responsi-
bility based on the indica ons reported.

Recipients The cabinet is intended to be used by quali ed personnel, instructed and trai-
ned by the employer to its use and concerning the risks that it can entail.
