Removing limescale

. Turn off appliance and let it cool down.
. Push in Gastronorm container and fit drain plug.
. Fill up roasting pan with vinegar and water at a ratio of 1:1 (1 part vinegar to 1 part water).
Boil briefly and allow to react for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the limescale deposit.
. Then rinse roasting pan with clear water.
. Drain off cleaning residue into the Gastronorm container: Clean the waste pipe thoroughly
with a round brush while draining the washing lye.
. Rinse roasting pan and waste pipe thoroughly with water and rub dry.
. Clean drain plug in the dishwasher or by using a grease‐dissolving detergent.

D CAUTION! The appliance must not be oper­
ated without an air filter! Otherwise risk of mal­
functions or damage to the induction genera­
tor!
D The air filter must be cleaned depending on
the contamination, however, a minimum of
Tab once per week!
D The manufacturer accepts no liability for dam­
age caused by deficient cleaning of air filters.
. Switch off the appliance and secure it
against being switched back on.
Removing the air filter
. Unlock the filter cover by turning the rotary
knob anticlockwise.
. Pull out the filter cover at the bottom by
about 3 cm and pull it down out of the tabs.
D Hold the air filter while you are removing the
filter cover.
. Remove the air filter from the filter cover.
Cleaning the air filter
. Wash the air filter in the dishwasher:
. Dry the air filter and fit it.
Fitting the air filter
D The air filter must not be in contact with the
front side of the filter cover. Note the re­
taining tabs for locating the air filter.
