- wear PPE
- cut off power supply to the cabinet
- remove all goods
- clean the cabinet as indicated in secti on 21.4
- remove any trace of glass from the goods
- replace the bulbs with identi cal ones
- reload the cabinet with goods cleaned thoroughly
- restore electrical power supply.

19. Glass doors

• the door closes by itself for angles of less than 60°
• for angles greater than 60° the door locks to facilitate loading and cleaning

20. Verti cal glass doors, high effi ciency models - Air System Technology
Osaka 3P verti cal glass door models can be supplied in the Arneg Air System version.
Applicati ons
• only on verti cal furniture closed with evaporator in the tank
• it can be connected to the line of the store's air conditi oning system
Benefi ts
• evaporati on temperature increased by 7°C
• total energy consumpti on reduced by 37%

standard model of
• product temperatures always within a 2°C range in any conditi on of use (M0,
the same type)
• no need for defrosti ng
• no product temperature fl uctuati on
• no risk of blocking of the evaporator due to ice as the water is produced directly
• no need for defrost probes
• no need for defrost resistors.
Air system technology cannot be applied:
- to models already present in the store!
- to semi-verti cal models
