GENERAL WARNINGS

The installation of a kitchen must be carried out in accordance with local regulations, including those referring to national or European
standards.
Our responsibility is limited to the supply of the appliance. Installation must be carried out in accordance with the procedures in
order to install this sort of device, according to the requirements detailed in these instructions and the rules of the profession.
The installers must be qualified, with an official installer's card and work on behalf of suitable companies that assume all the
responsibilities of the whole installation.
Bronpi Calefacción, S.L. is not responsible for the modifications made to the original product without a written authorization as well as for the
use of non-original parts or spare parts.
In order to get a proper functioning of your kitchen, it is important to read this manual and strictly observe how to use it.
For combustion, use solid fuels such as woods, and / or low-calorific coal (only for the 70 and 90 models). The use of any other device or
explosive material on the burner or work is prohibited. It is forbidden to keep flammable materials close to the kitchen.
For combustion, the air intake of the fire place should be 10-12 Pa. In case the air intake is greater than 15 Pa, a air intake regulator must be
installed in the chimney.
It is necessary to ventilate the room in which the kitchen is located due to the need of fresh air for a proper combustion.
The parts of the kitchen reach high temperatures during their use, reason why it is necessary to pay the appropriate attention when you
handle them. Children should not be allowed to manipulate and play close to the kitchen.
During the first ignition, a little smoke may occur, especially on the surface of the plate, due to the combustion of deposits on the surface of
the plate (anticorrosion protection, paint, dust ...). It is important that the room where the kitchen is installed have a good ventilation during the
first firings.
When using the kitchen, wear protective gloves to handle door handles as well as to handle cooking utensils.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The model you have received has the following parts:
-
Body of the kitchen itself place on the pallet.
-
Inside the combustion chamber you can find: A rake, to stoke the fire and remove hot coal and a extra accessory called cold hands to
regulate the flow of smoke and to regulate the primary air.
The device consists of a set of cast iron elements and carbon steel parts, as well as refractory materials that give high performance. The
combustion chamber is equipped with a ceramic glass door (resistant up to 750 ° C) and a ceramic cord for the sealing of the combustion
chamber. The interior of the cooking oven is made with enameled steel, as it happens with the side chambers, front of the kitchen and the lid,
except the model Hydro that lacks the top lid.
Heating is produced by:
a.
Convection: because the air passes through the double hood, the kitchen gives off heat.
b.
Radiation: through the vitro ceramic glass and the body the heat is irradiated towards the environment. In the case of the Hydro
model, it also irradiates heat through the hydraulic circuit where it is installed (radiators, panels, under-floor heating) because the
kitchen reaches a high thermal efficiency due to a high exchange surface and water capacity, that is generated by a chamber that
surrounds the combustion chamber.
Primary air intake
The primary air intake controls the air that passes through the combustion chamber. The
primary air is necessary for the combustion process. Also, the primary air rekindles the
fire.
-
In the kitchen models 70 and 90 the regulation of this air intake is in the left rear
part of the worktop, it has a rotary movement, and it is indicated the position of a greater
entrance of air (see drawing D1).
-
In the hydro model, the primary air regulation is in the combustion chamber itself,
it is the lower drive of the door, its movement is from left to right, the control is open when
the activation trigger is towards the right hand side (see drawing D2).
Secondary air inlet
This air intake favors that the un-burnt coal in the primary combustion can suffer a post-combustion,

increasing the performance of the device and ensuring the cleaning of the glass.
-
The regulation of this input is only available in the Hydro model, it is located in the combustion chamber itself, it is
the upper drive of the door, its movement is from left to right, the regulation is open when the activation trigger is to
the right hand side (see drawing D3).
Oven
These kitchen models include an oven to cook food. The inside part is made of enameled steel. Heating is produced
when the smoke passes through the sides and the upper part of the oven.
The oven has the following components:
