Wartung
Vor der Wartung Pumpe immer komplett ausser Betrieb
setzten, vom Netzteil trennen.
Verletzungsgefahr bei drehendem Propeller!
Komplette Pumpe und Antriebseinheit regelmäßig
gründlich reinigen, min. 1x jährlich. Bei ungünstigen
Verhältnissen, wie z.B. hohem Kalkgehalt, starken
Algenwuchs oder starkem Schlammaufkommen sind
kürzere Abstände nötig.
Pumpe aufmachen. Dafür die sechs Edelstahlschrauben
komplett aufdrehen und entfernen (1), Propellergehäuse
aufmachen wie bei Bild (2) und Motorblock mit Kabel
entnehmen (3).
Antriebseinheit aus dem Motorblock rausziehen (4).
Servicing
Prior to servicing, always put the pump out of operation
completely, disconnecting it from the power supply unit:
Risk of injury caused by rotating propeller !
Thoroughly clean the complete pump and the drive
assembly in regular intervals, at least once a year. In
case of unfavourable conditions, such as high lime
content, strong growth of algae or a lot of mud, shorter
intervals may be necessary.
Open the pump. For this purpose completely unscrew
and remove the six stainless steel screws (1); open the
propeller housing as shown in the illustration (2); and
remove the motor block with the cable (3).
Pull the drive unit out of the motor block (4).
Entretien
Avant tout entretien, déconnectez électriquement la
pompe : risques de blessures lors d'une rotation de
l'hélice !
Nettoyez la pompe et son entraînement au moins 1 x
par an. Lors de conditions d'utilisation sévères, par ex.
une eau très calcaire, une forte croissance d'algues
ou une forte présence de mucus, nous conseillons des
nettoyages plus fréquents.
Ouvrez la pompe. Desserrez et retirez pour cela les 6 vis
inox (1), ouvrez les deux coques comme sur la vue (2) et
extrayez le bloc moteur et son câble (3).
Retirez l'entraînement de la pompe (4).
