Annual servicing
At least once or twice a year, the entire cabinet
filter plant has to be serviced. In case of any faults,
early servicing might be necessary – cf. servicing
instructions in the appertaining instructions for use.
Whilst servicing, no skimming will take place, which
is no risk for the inhabitants of the aquarium for
about an hour.
Switch off the recirculation pump and wait until the
water level has stabilised. Check the safety volume,
and clean the outlet in the aquarium, if and when
necessary (cf. rule of thumb).
Disassemble the filter pump and carry out any
servicing work required (1).

Clean and check the sensor of the Osmolator and
of the water level alarm, if and when required (cf.
instructions for use of the Osmolator, chapter: The
sensors – switching point and servicing).
Check the water distribution in the Comline bio
hydro reactor; the Granovit does not require any
cleaning.
Draw off the deposits in the glass chamber.
Entretien annuel
Au moins une ou deux fois par an, la filtration
sous aquarium nécessite un entretien complet.
Une intervention peut être nécessaire plus tôt,
par exemple en cas de disfonctionnement, voir
remarques dans les différentes notices d'appareils.
Durant cet entretien d'environ une heure, il n'y aura
pas de filtration ce qui ne pose aucun problème aux
animaux.
Arrêtez la pompe de reprise et attendez la
stabilisation du niveau de la cuve de filtration.
Vérifiez le volume de sécurité. En cas de problèmes,
nettoyez le déversoir de l'aquarium, voir « Règles
concernant les déversoirs ».
Démontez la pompe de filtration et effectuez son
entretien (1).

entretien (2).
Nettoyez et contrôlez les capteurs de l'Osmolator,
voir notice de l'Osmolator chapitre : Les capteurs,
point de commutation et entretien.
Contrôlez l'apport d'eau du Comline Bio-Hydro-
Reactor. Le granulat Granovit ne nécessite pas
d'entretien.
Aspirez les sédiments de la cuve de filtration.
