•
Release the screw (Fig. g/5). Let the locking lever go and
hold the disc with hand. Now, the screw may be removed
(Fig. g/5) and the disc may be taken out.
Cutting Disc Installation:
If necessary, clean all the parts to be installed first.
•
Put the machine in the working position.
•
Lock the cutting disc casing as described above.
•
Fit a new disc on the machine spindle so that the sticker
points in the direction of the cutting disc cover (Fig. g/4).
•
Put on the locking flange, washer and a hexagonal head
screw. Push the locking lever (Fig. f) to the stop and fasten
the screw (Fig. g/5) at a torque if ca 13 Nm.
•
Fit the cover (Fig. g/4) in place.
Check the correct mounting of the cutting disc by having the
machine idling for ca 1 minute.
Setting Skew Angle:
The angle for skew may be set up at either side from 0 to 45°.
Important values to be set up are indicated on the scale (Fig.
h/14) with appropriate marks. To change an angle release the
lock screw and set the angle as required. Then fasten the screws
again.
Commissioning (pic. l and m)
Switching on/off:
•
To put the machine on, pull the lock switch (Fig. l/1) upwards.
Then it is possible to push the ON/OFF switch (Fig. l/2).
•
For safety reasons, the machine ON/OFF switch is
impossible to lock. It should be pushed for the entire period
of operation.
•
Release the ON/OFF switch to put the machine off.
Caution! The machine will run out!
Depth stop:
•
The depth stop (Fig. m/12) should be set up so that the
cutting disc does not touch the base plate when tilted.
•
The depth stop may be put deeper to make up for the disc
tear and wear.
•
However, when a new disc is used, the stop has to be
returned to the original position.
Operation (pic. i and k)
Fastening work pieces:
A work piece has to be fastened for the work safety to be
assured.
Place the work piece to the angle stop (Fig. i/3). Move the locking
spindle (Fig. i/2) to the piece and push the fast-clamping lever
(Fig. j) downward. The piece will get clamped by turning the
clamping crank.
Work Pieces Slackening:
Release the work piece by turning the clamping crank. The,
the fast-clamping lever (Fig. k) may be lifted upwards and the
locking spindle may be moved off the work piece.

•
Do not load the machine so much that it would get
stopped.
•
Extensive shifting will considerably increase the machine
performance and shorten the cutting disc service life.
•
The cutting disc gets very hot at work. Do not touch it
before it cools down.
•
Use only the cutting discs matching the material to be
worked.
Maintenance and care
Safety instructions for the inspection and maintenance:
Only a regularly maintained and well serviced product can be
a satisfactory tool. Lack of maintenance and care can lead to
unexpected accidents and injuries.
•
For all activities on the product, always shut down
the motor and remove the spark plug connector!
•
