On starting up the compressor after prolonged disuse, since the casing pressure is high, the
valve piston will be almost all the way up, which thereby loads the spring at the desired
degree of aperture.
Then, during operation, when the casing pressure falls, the spring will move first, lowering
the piston completely and thus opening the valve all the way.
On "warm" tables or cells (for example, when started up for the first time or after
defrosting) start the compressor and read the casing pressure reading on a pressure gauge
connected to the intake tap of the compressor.
Increase or decrease the pressure of regulation by turning the adjustment screw.
Completely defrost and repeat the operation to verify the exact calibration. If necessary
repeat again.

OPERATION
Machine operation is controlled by a microprocessor unit that receives information from the instruments external to the
machine and regulates the starting and stopping time according to them to ensure correct operation.
The instruments monitor all the working and safety parameters of the machine, which are displayed by leds on the front
of the control panel.
The programming of the electronic control unit cannot be changed.
4.4
PERIODICAL INSPECTIONS
We recommend checking every week for correct operation of the unit. To do this it is sufficient to observe that the
control panel functions normally and that no lights are lit on the electronic control panel. The personnel assigned to
perform periodical inspections should be instructed on how to access the site of installation, as follows:
a.)
Open the door while maintaining a protected position (to one side, behind the door) so as not to be struck by
any possible flow of hot or cold air or gas.
b.)
Wait a few minutes before entering the room, to provide some ventilation with the door open.
c.)
Make sure there is no abnormal noise, while standing on the threshold.
d.)
Wear earplugs when entering the room, and enter with caution.
e.)
Check for stains or traces of leakage and if nothing unusual is found, the inspection can continue without any
problems. If traces of leakage are noted, or leakage in progress is observed, or in case of stains or other
elements that indicate unusual conditions, suspend the inspection, exit the room and apply the procedure for
"MANAGEMENT OF EMERGENCIES" described below.
f.)
If there are no hindrances to entry of the room proceed with the inspection of the control panels to ascertain
that they are functioning normally.
g.)
Leave the room clean and tidy and do not leave any extraneous materials in it.

Use and Maintenance of Condensing Units
During assembly we recommend that you:
1) Install the valve as close as possible to the compressor, preferably on the
intake tap
2) Avoid backwash and/or pooling of oil.
3) For welding, following the instructions in the drawing.
The calibration value of the valve is :
"TN" system = -5°C.
"BT" system = -20°C.
