SERVICE AND REPAIRS

ARNEG S.p.A. has organized a Service Dept. at its headquarters to ensure the clientele the best possible conditions of
management of the systems supplied.
For any problem that should arise during use of the refrigerating unit and that cannot be solved by the personnel in
charge of regular maintenance, you should contact our Service Dept. for instructions on the procedure to follow.
If you have stipulated a contract for "Service and Repairs", follow the instructions relative to the type of contract
stipulated and contact, as needed, the addresses specified in the contract.
If you have not stipulated a service contract, contact your local service facility. To locate the service facility nearest
you, see the "List of Approved Experts".

CONDITIONS FOR USE

The condensing units are designed and produced in such a way as to guarantee maximum safety during installation and
use.
To ensure safe and correct use of the unit, follow the instructions in the Manual, and do not perform any maneuvers or
procedures that could cause risks for the operators or damage.
We therefore recommend strict respect of the following procedures:
a.
For all operations to perform on the unit you should refer to the technical documentation; other procedures should
be authorized in advance by the manufacturer.
b. The "Machine Room" should be of suitable size for the equipment in respect of the reference standards on the
subject (EN 378-3).
c.
Operations of installation and maintenance should be carried out by specialized personnel only, in possession of the
requisites indicated by law.
d. Before performing any maintenance:
-
Disconnect power to the machine using the circuit breaker on the control panel;
-
Make sure no parts are powered;
-
Check that the temperatures of the different parts cannot cause burns;
-
Post a sign on the control panel to indicate the status of the unit and prevent unexpected startups.
