5.5 Mounting of height adapters
(optional accessory)
CAUTION!
Risk of injury from moving lifting
scissors
Do not reach between the lifting
scissors.
Sliding of seat if suction cups are not
properly fixed
Do not use more than 3 height
adapters per suction cup.
Important!
To remove the height adapter, follow
the instructions below in reverse
order.
If a second or third height adapter
must be mounted on a suction cup,
screw them into the thread of the
already mounted adapter.
5.5.1 Preparing assembly
1. Position the seat on its side.
2. Carefully pull the base plate (8, figure 1)
from the seat plate (2, figure 1).
The seat is now laying on its side.

5.5.2 Mounting of height adapter at the
front
Important!
The procedure is the same for the
right and the left suction cup.
When using height adapters, you
cannot mount the original suction
cups.
1. Press the red suction cup lid (2, figure 4)
from the base into the keyhole
(3, figure 4) in the base plate.
2. Ensure that the toggle at the strap (5,
figure 4) remains outside the groove
(1, figure 4).
3. Pull suction cup towards the back and
remove it.
4. Press suction cup lid into the keyhole.
Important!
The peg at the base of the adapter
insert must engage in the groove of the
base plate.
5. Insert the adapter insert (1, figure 12) in
to the open section of the bore
(2, figure 12).
6. Screw the height adapter (3, figure 12)
onto the thread of the adapter insert.
7. Screw the supplied replacement suction
cups (double-strap cups) (4, figure 12)
into the height adapter.
