Before starting with the assembly of the model, make sure the work surface is suitable. To allow for excellent flight performance, your model is made of light
moulded foam. The disadvantage of this material is, however, a sensitive surface. The slightest inattention when assembling the model can cause ugly dents or
even holes.
a) Installing rudder unit and elevator unit
Loosely attach the rudder with the nose (1) to the hole in the elevator (2). The
attachment tabs (3) at the left and the right of the rudder unit must be in the
depressions on the elevator (4).
From the back, push this unit into the cut-outs for the stabilisers in the fuselage.
Make sure that the lower part of the rudder is pushed into the cut-out at the rear
landing gear.
Make sure the rudder unit and the elevator unit fit properly.
Use the 1x10 mm screws to screw the attachment tabs of the rudder unit (3) to
the lower attachment tabs glued to the fuselage (6).
