Congratulations on choosing an internal skimmer for aquariums,
BLUSKIMMER, designed by Ferplast to give you great satisfaction and
ensure full respect for the life and health of fish and invertebrates.
Installing and managing it will be very easy, allowing you to keep your

marine aquarium perfectly efficient, thanks to the innovative technical
solutions that allow the formation of a dense, dry foam that can retain
the dirt and easily remove it from the aquarium. BLUSKIMMER is
supplied with all the parts and accessories needed for it to function at

its best. The integrated pump is homologated and conforms to all the
relative international safety standards (EN60335-2-41).

PRELIMINARY WARNINGS

NL Before carrying out any operation, please read
the information below carefully to protect your
safety and to prevent damage to the product:
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the

bend in the cable that is lower than the outlet

IMPORTANT - Within the European Union, a crossed-out

packaging indicates that the product cannot be disposed of in
the regular household waste stream, in compliance with EU Directive
2012/19/EC and with current local regulations. The product must be
disposed of at recycling centres or authorised waste disposal centres
for electrical and electronic equipment, in accordance with current
legislation in the country where the product is found. Incorrect
disposal of this type of waste can have a negative impact on the
environment and human health, caused by the potentially hazardous
substances produce by electrical and electronic equipment. Correct
disposal of these products will also contribute to the efficient use of

retailer, the competent local authorities and national manufacturer's

GUARANTEE. This product all its parts and accessories are covered
by warranty within the limits provided for in this paragraph and
the legal regulations currently in force. The guarantee only covers
manufacturing defects and includes the repair or replacement of
the product free of charge. The guarantee does not cover damage
and/or defects caused by carelessness, wear, unsuitable usage
not complying with the instructions and warnings in this manual,
accidents, tampering, incorrect use, bad repair work or purchases not
accompanied by a fiscal receipt.
Opening the Package
The package includes the following:
• n°1 BLUSKIMMER skimmer complete with pump with brush
impeller
• n°1 silencer connected to the skimmer via a silicon pipe
• n°1 removable tank for collecting the dirt
Make sure that all the components are intact. Although Ferplast
uses safe packaging and individually inspects each product, we
recommend checking for accidental damage that can occur during
shipping, storage or sale, which could compromise the product's
durability and performance.

1 Pump. Submersible pump integrated with the product, complete
with brush impeller.
2 Brush impeller. Promotes the formation of air microbubbles.
3 Silencer. Silencer complete with sucker, air flow regulator (4) and
silicon pipe for connection to the skimmer.
5 Mixing chamber. Water-air mixing chamber.
6 Collection tank. Removable tank forcollecting the foam and dirt.
