CHANGING THE DIVIDING HEAD.

Put the machine in cleaning position with the knives pulled back.
Unscrew and remove the two tightening bolts fixing the dividing head at the back of the
machine.
Keep hold of the the dividing head and pivote counter clock wise until the bolts are on the
end of the slot.
Remove the dividing head and change as wished.
Repeat steps in reverse order to fix the dividing head.

DAILY
Cleaning the moulding plates
Do not use sharp objects to scrape or clean the plates
Do not use very hot water.
Make sure that the circular notches are clean, this gives better result.
Make sure that the suface underneed the moulding plate is clean, little attatched dough
pieces will cause instability of the moulding plate and damage the knives.
Moulding table
Clean moulding table, little dough pieces can cause cause that the mouldig plate is not
positioned horizontaly and damage the knives.
WEEKLY
Clean Blades and dividing head with brush and damp cloth.
Remove all dough rests from mechanism and dividing head.
