OPERATION
Never use the machine without a moulding plate.
If testing the machine without dough use the back of the moulding plate.
General
Do not flour the moulding plate.
Put dough piece on moulding plate.
Egalize dough on the moulding plate.
Put moulding plate in the machine.
Ideal proofing time before dividing/rounding: 15 min
Divide and round
Set chamber height accordingly to dough weight
Push
P
button.
Choose program number by using the
Push both start buttons at the same time until the dividing head touches the moulding plate.
If you do not push the buttons long enough the panel will display
head will return to top position.
The machine will start to press, divide and round the dough.
After finishing the program the dividing head will return to top position.
Take out the rounding plate with the rounded dough pieces.
Dough pressing only
Push disable dividing button
The program number will display
Set pressing time by using the
Push both start buttons at the same time until the dividing head touches the moulding plate.
If you do not push the buttons long enough the panel will display

The machine will only press the dough.
After finishing pressing the dividing head will return to top position.
Take out the moulding plate with the pressed dough.
