BLADE CLEANING POSITION.

Unscrew and remove the two tightening bolts on the front and back cover.
Remove the front cover.
The Rounding timer will indicate
Remove the back cover.
Pull fixing pin to unlock the dividing head.
Tilt the dividing head until it is locked in vertical position.
Pivote the dough ring counter clock wise untill the two hooks become free.
Remove the dough ring.
Push both start buttons at the same time.
The knives will come out.
The program number will display
Clean the knives.
Push both start buttons at the same time.
The knives will pull back in.
The program number will display
Repeat steps in reverse order to position the head in original working position.
