Cables should always be laid away from the appliance.
Protect the cables against excess temperatures, oil
and sharp edges.
Unplug the appliance when executing repairs,
providing servicing and when the appliance is not
used.
Works on electrical installation can only be executed
by electricians. Spare parts to be used only.
Clean place of work makes working easier.
Pay attention to what you are doing. Use common
sense when working.
Do not use the appliance near flammable liquids and
gases.
Use the appliance only in an appropriate environment
and do not expose it to wet and moisture.
Always ensure appropriate lighting for your work.
Do not use the cable for unplugging the appliance.
Sharp and clean tools should always be used.
Switch the appliance immediately off and unplug it in
dangerous situations or when experiencing technical
difficulties.
You must not continue in working if the appliance is
damaged. The machine must be unplugged and
damage removed before putting it into operation again.
Tools and accessories approved by the
manufacturer can be used only. Using any
disapproved parts poses a great risk of injury.
Aerating on slopes should always take place from left
to the right, never up and down.
Never change the working height, i.e. height of wheels
when the engine is running.
Do not use the verticutter if the cables are damaged or
worn.
Do not plug a cable that is damaged and do not touch
any damaged cable before unplugging it. A damaged
cable may get in touch with conductive parts.
Do not touch the teeth before unplugging the
appliance and teeth fully stopping.
Keep the extension cables in safe distance from the
teeth. Teeth may damage the cables and get in touch
with conductive parts.
Interrupt the power supply (e.g. unplug the appliance)
whenever you leave the appliance
before releasing any blocked tool
before any check, cleaning or work on the
appliance
after hitting a foreign item
whenever the appliance is vibrating abnormally.
Children and persons lacking the knowledge and
experience in operating the appliance or who are
limited by their physical, sensory or mental skills must
not use the appliance without any supervision or
guidance by a safety inspector.
Children must be watched to prevent them from
playing with the appliance.
Electrical safety
The appliance has been designed to be used with an
alternating current source only. Never try to use the
appliance with any other current source.
The appliance has double insulation. All outer metal
parts are therefore electrically insulated from the
current source. Double insulation represents higher
electrical safety; appliance grounding is therefore not
necessary.
There might be short voltage failures in less powerful
electrical networks when the appliance is started. This may
influence the working of other appliances, e.g. brightness
fluctuation of the lighting system. Such influences need not
be experienced if the network impedance is Zmax < 0.997
electrical energy supplier if necessary).
