ou s'il est contaminé. Dans le cas d'appareils contaminés, veuillez indiquer la nature
du danger. INFICON est tenu de renvoyer à l'expéditeur tout appareil ne comportant
pas de Déclaration de contamination. Vous trouverez ci-après le formulaire
approprié.
