• 0s : Abschalten Fernsteuerung TL.
Anfahren Gebläsemotor.
• 6s : Anfahren Stellmotor: dreht um 90°
nach rechts, d.h. heißt bis zum Eingriff
des Schaltstücks
1)(B)S.24.
Die Luftklappe positionert sich auf
Höchstleistung.
• 35s : Vorbelüftungsphase bei Luftdurchsatz
wie bei Höchstleistung.
Dauer 31,5 Sekunden.
• 66,5s: Der Stellmotor dreht nach links, bis
zum am Nocken eingestellten Winkel
3)(B)S.24, zwischen 3 und 10°.
• 94s : Die Luftklappe und die Gasdrossel
positionieren sich auf Mindestleistung
(Mit Nocken 3)(B)S.24 auf 3°).
• 97s : Funkenbildung an der Zündungselek-
trode.
• 103s : Das Sicherheitsmagnetventil YS und
das Regelventil YR (schnellöffnend)
öffnen sich und es erfolgt eine Flam-
menbildung mit niedriger Leistung,
Punkt A.
Es erfolgt eine progressive Steigerung
des Durchsatzes, mit langsamer Öff-
nung des Ventils big zur Mindestlei-
stung, Punkt B.
• 106s : Der Funke erlischt.
• 127s : Die Anlaufphase des Steuergeräts ist
beendet.
ABSCHALTUNG WÄHREND DES BRENNER-
BETRIEBS
Erlischt die Flamme zufällig während des Bren-
nerbetriebs, erfolgt nach 1 s die Störabschal-
tung des Brenners.

BURNER STARTING (A)
• 0s : Load control TL closes.
Fan motor starts.
• 6s : Servomotor starts: 90° rotation to
right, until contact is made on cam
am Nocken 1)(B)p.24.
The air gate valve is positioned to
MAX. output.
• 35s : Pre-purge stage with air delivery at
MAX. output.
Duration 31.5 seconds.
• 66.5s: Servomotor rotates to left up to the
angle set on cam 3)(B)p.24 (between
3 and 10°).
• 94s : The air gate valve and the gas butter-
fly are positioned to MIN. output.
(with cam 3)(B)p.24 at 3°).
• 97s : Ignition electrode strikes a spark.
• 103s : Safety valve YS and adjustment valve
YR (rapid stroke) open. The flame is
ignited at a low output level (point A).

l'intervention du contact sur la came
1)(B)p.24. Le volet d'air se positionne
sur la puissance MAX.
• 35s : Phase de préventilation avec le débit
d'air à la puissance MAX .
Durée 31,5 secondes.
• 66,5s: Le servomoteur tourne vers la gauche
jusqu'à l'angle réglé sur la came
3)(B)p.24, compris entre 3 et 10°.
• 94s : La vanne de l'air et la vanne papillon du
gaz se positionnent sur la puissance
MIN (avec came 3)(B)p.24 a 3°).
• 97s : L'étincelle jaillit de l'électrode d'allu-
mage.
• 103s : La vanne de sécurité YS et la vanne
de réglage YR, ouverture rapide,
s'ouvrent; la flamme s'allume à une
petite puissance, point A.
On a ensuite une augmentation pro-
gressive du débit, ouverture lente de
la vanne de réglage, jusqu'à la puis-
sance MIN, point B.
• 106s : L'étincelle s'éteint.
• 127s : Le cycle de démarrage du boîtier de
contrôle s'achève.
EXTINCTION BRULEUR EN FONCTIONNE-
MENT
Si la flamme s'éteint accidentellement en cours
de fonctionnement, le brûleur se bloque en 1
seconde.
