Place the workpiece against the stop and load
evenly.

9.4 Curved sanding
For curved sanding, set the belt arm to the desired
inclination (Fig. 9‐3).

9.5 Disc sanding
Place the sanding table to the desired mitre, press
the workpiece onto the table and at the same time
push it against the sanding disc (Abb. 9‐4).

10.0 User‐maintenance
machine, disconnect it from the electrical supply
(pull out the plug). Failure to comply may cause
serious injury.
Check sanding disc and belt regularly for faults.
Replace a defective sanding disc of belt immediately.
Inspect the proper function of the dust extraction
daily.
Check the V‐belt for correct tension, replace if
necessary.
The machine may only be operated with the
protective covers installed. Defective safety devices
must be replaced immediately.
Repair and maintenance work on the electrical
system may only be carried out by a qualified
electrician.
10.1 Cleaning
Clean the machine from any dust at regular intervals.
10.2 V‐belt replacement
A worn V‐belt must be replaced (see the instructions
in Fig. 10‐2 to Fig. 10‐7).
