Manager IQ Easy:
1. Connect the M12 connector with a 5-pin M12 cable to the Manager IQ Easy.
Machine interface / PLC:
2. Connect the white wire (pin 2) tot he output of the PLC. If a PLC with potential-free
contact is used (Figure 3), then the 24V DC output of the IQ Com can be used (pin 1).
3. Connect the black wire (pin 4) to the input of the plc.
4. Connect the blue and grey (sometimes yellow/green, pin 3&5) cable to the GND of the
power supply.
5. Ensure that the GND of the power supply is connected to ground.
CM5:
6. Connect the CM5 Chargemaster I/O connector (1:1) to the IQ Com sub-d connector with
a
25-pole cable.
