6. Commissioning and operation
6.1. CM5 setup
The following settings must be made through the CM5 menu, before the CM5 actually can be
controlled using the Manager IQ Easy and the IQ Com.
(use the manual of the Chargemaster CM5):

Operation mode (1/4): Remote

If these settings are incorrect it may happen that the status led on the IQ Com is solid red when
the IQ com is set in "Run" mode.
6.2. IQ Com setup
After switching on the Manager IQ Easy, the status LED on the front of the IQ Com will flash
fast green for 2 seconds. Hereafter (if a serial connection to the ManagerIQ Easy is built), the
status LED on the front flashes green slowly (1Hz).
Make sure that the CM5 is powered on if the status led on the front of the IQ Com is flashing
slowly red (1Hz). When the status led (after some time) is flashing red fast (5Hz) the IQ Com
may not be recognized by the Manager IQ Easy. Check if the Manager IQ Easy and/or
Extension box software version is up to date (BP software V1.2.4 or higher, HMI software
V1.3.3 or higher).
Scanning for new connected Extension boxes may be needed if the IQ Com is connected to a
new Extension box. There are two ways to do this:

Select through the Manager IQ Easy "Maintenance" menu the option "Scan Ext. Boxes"
or
-
Power down the entire IQ system and then power up the IQ system
