•Poor flow: check filter on the
solution pickup tube and clean if
dirty. Check the filter inside of the
lance and clean if dirty.
•Poor spray pattern: check nozzle
face for contamination, clean with a
wire brush if dirty.
•Constant dripping whilst
spraying: check nozzle face for
contamination, clean with a wire
brush if dirty.
Maintenance:
•Clean solution pickup tube filter.
•Clean nozzle filter.
•Clean nozzle face.
•Check for any worn or damaged
parts and replace immediately.
