Saute with an open lid unless otherwise stated in the recipe. To prevent
food from burning follow instructions given in the recipe book and stir the
ingredients thoroughly while sautéing. Let the device cool down before
the next use in SAUTE.
PILAF Program
The program is recommended for cooking different types of rice pilafs.
Default time is 1 hour. It can be adjusted between 10 minutes and 2 hours
in 5 minute intervals.
SOUP Program
The program is recommended for cooking different types of soups and
drinks. Default time is 1 hour. It can be adjusted between 10 minutes and
8 hours in 5 minute intervals.
OATMEAL Program
The program is recommended for cooking oatmeal, different porridges
with milk. Default time is 25 minutes. It can be adjusted between 5 minutes
and 4 hours in 1 minute intervals (for a period of time from 5 minutes up
to 1 hour) and 5 minute intervals (for a period of 1 hour up to 4 hours).
Use pasteurized low fat milk to cook. For best results and in order to
prevent milk from boiling away, we recommend you to do the following:
• rinse grain (rice, millet, etc.) thoroughly until the water runs clear
• grease the sides of the bowl with butter
• follow the proportions suggested in the recipe book, increase or
reduce the amount of ingredients proportionately
• using whole milk dilute it by half with water
If you failed to achieve the desired result, use the versatile program
MULTICOOK. The optimal temperature set is 200°F (95°С).
YOGURT Program
Make healthy and delicious yogurt at home. Default time is 8 hours. It
can be adjusted between 10 minutes and 12 hours in 5 minute intervals.
The KEEP WARM function is not applicable for the program.

bowl. Do not fill the bowl more than half full. Follow steps 2-9 of "Standard
Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs".
VACUUM Program
The program is recommended for cooking vacuum sealed products. Default
time is 2 hours 30 minutes. It can be adjusted between 10 minutes and
12 hours in 5 minute intervals. The KEEP WARM function is not applicable
for the program.
BREAD Program
The program is recommended for baking white and wheat-rye breads.
Default time is 2 hours (includes 2 cycles — 1 hour of proofing and 1 hour
of baking). It can be adjusted between 10 minutes and 6 hours in 5 minute
intervals.
Follow the recipe recommendations to knead dough. Place the dough
inside the bowl. Do not fill the bowl more than half full. Position the bowl
inside the device. Follow steps 2-9 of "Standard Operating Procedure for
Automatic Programs". Do not open the lid until both cycles are complete.
Do not use TIME DELAY because it may affect the quality of baked goods.
BOIL Program
The program is recommended for boiling different food. Default time is
40 minutes. It can be adjusted between 5 minutes and 8 hours in 5 minute
intervals.
EXPRESS Program
The program is recommended for quick cooking rice and other types of
grains. Default time is 15 minutes. Cook time cannot be adjusted, the TIME
DELAY function is not applicable. Follow steps 1–4 of "Standard Operating
Procedure for Automatic Programs", then steps 7–9 (skipping steps 5, 6).
