For reasons of safety, only use the power adaptor plug and telephone
connection cable supplied.

Inserting the batteries
Insert the 2 x AAA 1.2V 800mAh NiMH rechargeable batteries supplied,
into the handset battery compartment. Take care to note the '+' and '-'
markings and position the batteries the correct way around. Close the
battery compartment cover.

Place the handset in the base to charge for a minimum of 15

hours before fi rst use.

Low-radiation operation (ECO mode)

In Standby mode, the radiation is reduced considerably as compared to
standard, cordless DECT telephones when the handset is on the cradle.
