OPERATION

Connecting bridge induction cooking zones

The bridge induction cooking zones can be connected to each other. This creates one large zone
that can be used for a large fish pan or one large cooking pan.
1. Switch on the hob.
2. Touch the bridge induction cooking zone selection key to connect the cooking zones.
The connection symbol is shown on the rear display.
Zero (0) is shown on the front display.
3. Touch the plus (+) or minus (-) key to set a power level (for both linked zones).
The cooking zone starts at the set power level, visible in the display.
Touch the bridge induction cooking zone selection key again and use the minus (-) or
plus (+) key to change the setting of the bridge induction cooking zones.
Touch the selection key of the front left or rear left cooking zone to disconnect the
bridge induction cooking zones.

Child lock

You can lock the keys to prevent unintended use (for example children accidentally switching on
the cooking zones). Only the on/off key will be active.
1. The hob is in operating or stand-by mode.
2. Touch the child lock key until you hear an audio signal.
The timer display show 'Lo'.
The child lock is activated.
3. Touch the child lock key again until you hear an audio signal.
The child lock is deactivated.

Pause cooking

You can pause the cooking instead of switching the hob off. The hob will switch off after 10 min.
if you don't exit the pause mode.
1. Touch the pause key while using the hob.
All displays show the pause symbol.
Pause cooking is activated.
2. Touch the pause key again.
Pause cooking is deactivated.
