OPERATION

Using the minute minder

The minute minder is not connected to a cooking zone. The minute minder does not
switch off a cooking zone.
Attention!
The minute minder can only be used if the hob is switched on and at least one cooking
zone is in use. If no cooking zone is in use, the hob and the egg timer switch off after
60 seconds.
The hob is switched on and for at least one cooking zone a power level has been set.
1. Touch the timer key to switch on the minute minder.
▷ The timer display shows '10'.
2. Set a time with the plus (+) and minus (-) keys.
The time immediately begins to count down.

When the set time has elapsed, the timer alarm sounds during 30 seconds.

3. Touch the timer key to switch off the alarm.
Touch and hold the plus (+) and minus (-) key to set the time in 10-minute increments.
Touch the plus (+) and minus (-) key simultaneously to set the minute minder to zero (00)
immediately.

Using the cooking timer

The cooking timer is connected to a cooking zone. After the set time has elapsed, the
cooking zone will switch off automatically.
The hob is switched on and for at least one cooking zone a power level has been set.
1. Select the cooking zone to which you want to connect a cooking timer.
The display for the cooking zone will start flashing.

2. Touch the timer key to start the timer.
The timer display shows '10'.
▷
The timer indication light next to the cooking zone power level starts blinking.
▷
3. Set a cooking time with the plus (+) and minus (-) keys.
After the set time has passed, the cooking zone will switch off and emits a short audio

signal.
