OPERATION

Finish cooking

• Set the cooking power level to zero (0) to turn Off the cooking zone. You can also press
the'-' key and the '+' key simultaneously to turn Off the cooking zone.
• Turn the induction hob Off by touching the On/Off key.
Symbol H will appear in the display of the cooking zone which is too hot to touch. It will
disappear when the surface has cooled down to a safe temperature. It can also be used
as an energy saving function if you want to heat other pans, use the cooking zone that is
still hot.
Bridge cooking zones
The Bridge induction zones can be connected to each other. This creates one large zone that can
be used, for example, a grill plate or a large fish pan on the same power. If the Bridge induction
zones are connected, they cannot be set to boost. The pan has to be large enough to cover the
centres of the front and rear cooking zone.
Connect the bridge cooking zones
1. Press the On/Off key.
2. Simultaneously touch and hold (for 4 seconds) the '-' keys from both the left-hand side or
right-hand side cooking zones.
▷ The 'bridge cooking zone indicator' will appear on the rear zone display to indicate that
the two cooking zones are connected.
3. Set the desired cooking power for both the connected cooking zones with the '-' and '+'
keys of the front cooking zone.
