Mounting the Car Body Holder
Car body holders may not yet be pre-installed. In this case,
the following parts are included:
A Plastic parts
B 4x long thread-cutting screw
C 4x medium thread-cutting screw
D 8x small thread-cutting screw
Mount as follows at the front and tail of the vehicle (the
figures show assembly at the vehicle front):
First install the base plate (E) with two medium thread-
cutting screws (B) to the vehicle. Observe that the 4 circular
grooves in the base plate on the left and right each point
upwards.
Then attach the retention strip (F) to the base plate with
two long thread-cutting screws (C).
If the car body has no car body bores yet, the position is
irrelevant. Otherwise, it must be selected according to the
present car body or car body bores, so that the vehicle
wheels are placed correctly in the car body cut-outs.
Then put the holding rods (G) into the retention bar (F).
Observe correct alignment of the holes in the holding rods.
Attach the holding rods with one small thread-cutting screw
each (D).
The position of the holding rods must be corrected
depending on car body later.
Last, push on the car body retention bar (G) and fasten it
with two small thread-cutting screws (D).
Proceed accordingly for installation at the vehicle tail.
Before shortening the holding rods (G) at the
bottom (e.g. with a wire cutter), correctly set the
car body height (turn out screws of the holding
rods, set holding rods correctly on either side
and tighten them again).
