IV. USE
A. Use of the control panel and remote control
POWER
Press this button to turn on or turn off the air conditioner.
The indicator lamp will switch on when the appliance is
operating.
MODE
When the appliance is in use, or the timer activated, press
this button to select one of the modes: COOL,
DEHUMIDIFIER or FAN. The indicator lamp corresponding
to your choice will turn on.
Remarks:
- In COOLING mode, the temperature and speed are
adjustable. The preferred temperature can be set between
18°C and 30°C (64˚F et 86˚F).
- In DEHUMIDIFIER mode, the temperature and speed are
not adjustable.
- In FAN mode, the temperature is not adjustable.
UP and DOWN ARROWS
- In COOL mode, these buttons can be used to adjust the
desired temperature.
- To set the timer, these buttons can be used to set the
automatic on or off time.
SPEED
This button allows you to choose the FAST, MODERATE or
SLOW speed. The selected speed is displayed on the LED.
It works for the COOLING and FAN modes.
Remark: In FAN mode, press and hold this button for 5
seconds to run the internal dehumidifier function (that is, to
dry the internal water tank for preparation of long-term
