"Add SSID" station mode
This mode can be used to add hidden or WPA2-Enterprise networks
that require logins to connect to it if the Wi-Fi Access Point is not yet in place.
There are four types of security:
- Open
- WEP
- WPA/WPA2 PSK
- WPA2-Enterprise
You can force the connection
by ticking the box:
"Force connection"
If the box is ticked, the settings will be saved whether the clock succeeds in connecting
or not.
If the box is not ticked, the settings are saved only when the clock succeeds in
connecting.
Access Point mode
In this section, you can change the password associated with the access point of the clock.
Clicking the "Save" button saves the new password.
The "Disable access point " box determines how reconnection works when the Wi-Fi network is
lost.
If the box is not ticked, the clock will continuously try to reconnect if the connection is
lost. After one hour, the clock activates its Access Point mode.
If the box is ticked, the Access Point mode is not automatically activated if the Wi-Fi
connection is lost.
