the needle into the valve and press the balance
cushion to let the air escape through the inflation
needle.
Training
Tips
W arm up before you start training.
K eep to the specified sequences of movements
and do not overestimate your strength. Carry
out the exercises at a regular speed and while
breathing calmly.
Note: If you are a beginner, approx. 5–10
repetitions of around 10 seconds will be
sufficient.
Training your balance and your stomach
muscles (see Fig. E):
S it on the product and lift one leg after the
other.
Training your stomach muscles (see Fig. F1):
Sit on the product and raise both legs.
P lace your hands on the floor behind you to
support and balance yourself.
T hen raise your arms and remain in that position
for about 10 seconds.

L ie down with your back on the floor and place

R aise your hips so that your body forms a
straight line to your knees.
K eep this position for about 10 seconds until
you slowly lower the hips again.

S lowly lift heels off the product and keep the
balancing on the toes.
L ower upper body down into seat position and
raise your arms to maintain balance.
K eep this position for about 10 seconds until
you slowly return to original position.

Fig. H):
P lace one foot on the center of the product and
step back with the other leg.
K eep your back straight, shoulders back and
core engaged.
L ower yourself until the front leg is at 90 °
angle to the floor.
K eep the knee directly over your ankle and
return to original position.

S tand on the middle of the product with both feet.
K eep one leg on the product and raise the
other leg.

C arefully shift your weight forwards, backwards
and from side to side.

Cleaning and care

U se a dry fluff-free cloth when you are cleaning
or polishing the product.
R emove any stubborn dirt using a moist cloth.
