WGM 1030
Description of design and function
The WGM 1030 is a conservatory awning providing shade
from unwanted direct sunlight by opening the unit.
It has been designed with a tensioning system. This method of
design ensures that the awning fabric remains taut and enables
the unit to be opened even with low angles of tilt. The awning
casing protects the retracted fabric to a large extent from the
effects of the weather. Brushes fitted in the casing sections reduce
the amount of dust and water that can get in. It goes without
saying that the WGM 1030 can be fitted at any angle between
5 and 90 degrees. The prerequisite is always that the WGM 1030
must open in a downwards direction.
On wider awnings or ones with larger projections, a distance bar
is also fitted. Its purpose is to prevent the fabric from touching the
substructure.
The WGM 1030 is available as a single- or multi-section unit.
Depending on the shape, up to four sections can be coupled
together.
The WGM 1030 is fitted with a top plate cover which makes
maintenance work much easier.
Only high-grade, corrosion-free materials are used in building the
WGM 1030. The sections are of extruded aluminium, the support
brackets and other moulded parts are of aluminium. All connect-
ing parts such as nuts, bolts and washers are of stainless steel. The
aluminium parts are powder coated in façade quality.
Instructions for use
Please note: weinor products are manufactured with great care,
but nevertheless your weinor products are intended for protection
from the sun, so they must be retracted immediately in rain, storm,
snowfall or strong winds (above wind force 5).
If the WGM 1030 has been retracted when wet it should be
opened again when the rain has stopped, to dry the fabric.
Because of its design the WGM 1030 motor which is installed as
standard will run for a maximum of four minutes. If it is run for a
longer period, e. g. if it is repeatedly opened and retracted, the
internal thermal protection may switch the motor off automatically.
Should this happen, wait until the motor has cooled down and is
operational again (about 15 – 20 minutes depending on the outside
temperature). Nevertheless an operating time of about 1 – 2 minutes
is normal.
If there is a risk of frost the operation mode must be
switched from automatic to manual in order to prevent
the unit from opening automatically. The unit must not
be operated in frosty conditions or if there is a risk of
frost. The WGM 1030 can be opened to any point up to
the maximum projection.
Operation
Care must be taken to prevent children or persons who
cannot assess the dangers of improper use or misuse from
operating the awning. Remote control units must be kept
out of the reach of children.

Le store a été conçu selon le principe de contre-traction. Ce principe
permet à la toile d'être toujours tendue et de sortir l'installation
même avec une faible inclinaison. Le caisson du store protège en
grande partie la toile des intempéries lorsque le store est rentré.
Les brosses intégrées dans le profilé du caisson réduisent l'infiltra-
tion de poussière et d'eau. Le store WGM 1030 peut bien sûr être
monté avec l'inclinaison souhaitée entre 5 et 90 degrés. Pour cela,
la condition préalable est toujours la suivante : le store WGM 1030
doit toujours être sorti du haut vers le bas.
Une entretoise tubulaire est en outre montée pour les installations
de grande taille ou ayant une projection importante. Elle empêche
ainsi la toile de toucher la sous-structure.
Le store WGM 1030 est disponible sous forme d'installation plane à
un ou plusieurs pans. Selon le modèle, jusqu'à quatre pans peuvent
être couplés.
Le store WGM 1030 est doté de caches amovibles pour plaque de
recouvrement qui facilite considérablement les opérations d'entre-
tien.
Pour le store WGM 1030, seul du matériel de haute qualité, exempt
de corrosion est utilisé. Les profilés sont en aluminium extrudé, les
pieds d'appui et les autres pièces moulées sont en aluminium. Tous
les éléments de raccordement tels que les vis, les écrous et les
rondelles, sont en acier inoxydable. Les pièces en aluminium sont
peintes par poudrage en qualité façade.
Consignes d'utilisation
À noter : les produits weinor ont été fabriqués avec le plus grand
soin. Vos produits weinor sont et restent toutefois des dispositifs
d'ombrage et doivent par conséquent être rentrés immédiatement
en cas de pluie, d'orage, de chute de neige ou de vent fort (supé-
rieur à force 5).
Si le store WGM 1030 est rentré alors qu'il est mouillé, celui-ci doit
être sorti afin qu'il sèche une fois la pluie passée.
Le moteur de série du store WGM 1030 a une durée maximale de
fonctionnement de quatre minutes suivant le modèle. Si la durée
de fonctionnement (par ex. suite à des mouvements d'ouverture et
de fermeture répétés) est dépassée, la protection thermique interne
peut arrêter automatiquement le moteur. Dans ce cas, attendre jus-
qu'à ce que le moteur soit refroidi (selon la température extérieure,
15 – 20 minutes environ) et à nouveau opérationnel. Une durée de
fonctionnement de 1 à 2 minutes env. est toutefois normale.
Utilisation
Veuillez également observer les instructions séparées de réglage et
d'utilisation ci-jointes du fabricant de moteurs, d'interrupteurs et
de commandes.

WGM 1030 est un store pour véranda qui protège des
rayons de soleil indésirables lorsque l'installation est sortie.
En cas de risque de gel, vous devez faire passer l'installa-
tion du mode automatique au mode manuel afin d'empê-
cher tout mouvement automatique de l'installation.
L'installation ne doit pas fonctionner en cas de gel ou de
risque de gel. Le store WGM 1030 peut être mis dans
chaque position intermédiaire jusqu'à la projection
maximale.
Veillez à ce qu'aucun enfant ou individu ne pouvant
estimer les dangers d'une utilisation incorrecte, n'utilise
le store. Les télécommandes doivent être tenues hors de
la portée des enfants.
