1. Storage of house package at the site, sorting and checking the parts
Ready machined light logs and the other parts have been protective wrapped. If the item won't be immediately
built up, it should be kept indoor or otherwise well protected. The plastic wrapping should be kept around the parts
as far as the building time is current. Please arrange the package to be kept perfectly depart from the ground to
avoid absorbing the moisture. The base under the package must be straight.
Building instructions include part list and drawing of wall constructions telling the parts belonging to the shed.
Please check the contents with help of the part list and please contact the seller immediately, if something is missing
or defective (please read chapter 16.

Please check from your local building authorities, which building or planning permissions they require before
beginning of the building.
Note that some building experience and knowledge is needed when building up Lillevilla. If necessary, please
don't hesitate to ask some advice or help from someone professional.
3. Foundation
The most important thing is the well done foundation. The bottom must be well levelled and completely horizontal.
The foundation and building must stay horizontal also after building up to function properly. You must make sure
that the ground lets water through very well and it's frost-resistant. Foundation must come down under the line of
freezing at the ground or freezing sheets must stop the frost, not to reach the foundation.
In all cases please prefer concrete plate basement (
and suits for all ground types, when the work is properly done.

Pillar basement (
There will be an equal amount of rows of pillar and foundation beams. Thickness of foundation beams (included in
the package) determines the frequency of pillars. The maximum span is 200 cm with foundation beams of 48 x 98
mm and max. 80 cm span with 36 x 60 mm beams. When assembling 36 x 60 mm foundation beams on their
sides, the maximum span is 60 cm.
You can also use a lighter type of a pillar foundation by fixing the foundation beams to light gravel bars or pillars
on tightened coarse gravel (
foundation is not frost-resistant and the manufacturer is not responsible for any possible frost
damages caused to the foundation or the house if this type of foundation is used.
All foundation types must be high enough to allow enough ventilation under the building. Foundation for optional
terrace must be made as carefully as the one for the building itself. Dimensions for making foundation are found
from own floor plan of each model. When it's a model equipped with threaded rods in question, before making
the foundation, please read section 9. Protection against storm.
