NOTE: The spark plug must be firmly tightened. An incorrectly fitted spark
plug can heat up and even damage the engine. On the other hand, over-tightening
can damage the spark plug and damage the thread of the cylinder head.
8.4 Tank fuel filter maintenance
DANGER: Gasoline is extremely explosive and flammable. It is completely
forbidden to smoke, make fire or generate any kind of flame during this
maintenance operation. Check gasoline safety instructions on chapter 1 of this
manual.
1. Check that the tank is completely empty of gasoline.
2. Using a wrench, unscrew the fuel filter, turning it anti-clockwise.
3. Clean the filter completely, ensuring that it guarantees a correct flow of
gasoline.
4. Reinstall the filter into the fuel tank.
