- Turn the adjusting screw clockwise until a slight grinding noise can be heard.
- The pressure plate is adjusted.
The best distance between the baffle plate ② and the cutting blades ① is 0 to 0.50 mm. This
distance should be maintained to achieve successful results. There is an adjustment fixture on the
right-hand side of the plastic housing. To adjust the distance, turn the adjusting screw ③ clockwise
so that the bolt turns towards the cutting blade. Turning the adjusting screw half a circle will move
the baffle plate 0.50 mm towards the cutting blades. After adjustment, perform cutting tests to
ensure that the best result is achieved. Ensure that the cutting blades do not come into contact
with the baffle to avoid damaging the device.
7.2 REPLACING THE PRESSURE PLATE
• Loosen four screws and remove the protective plate.
• Replace the pressure plate.
• Refit the protective plate on the product and secure with screws.
7.3 STORAGE
When storing the device for extended periods of time, treat the cutting roller with a suitable oil to
protect against corrosion.
Ensure that the device has been carefully cleaned before storing it in a clean, dry place that is out
of the reach of children.

accredited service centre.
