5.0 BEFORE STARTING UP

5.1 ASSEMBLING THE FRAME
• Slide the frame into the motor housing and secure with the two ST5 x 20 screws (5)
• ATTENTION! The motor will not run if the housing locking screw (A) is not positioned in the
safety switch (B) after assembly. Please check carefully and ensure that the housing is not closed.
5.2 ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS
• Mount the axle on the frame
• Attach the washers on both sides of the axle
• Slide the wheels onto the axle and secure them with split pins
• Then attach the wheel caps
