Lower the vertical arm (M) until the mounting/dismounting head
(I) rests alongside the rim edge, turn the locking lever to lock the
vertical arm and the swing arm in place, and also adjust the
rocker so that the mounting/dismounting head can automati-
cally lift 2 mm-3 mm from the rim edge. Insert the lifting lever (T)
between the tire bead and the front section of the mounting/
dismounting head (I), and move the tire over the mounting/dis-
mounting head as shown in the figure.
Caution: Chains, bracelets, loose clothing, and any other ob-
jects near rotating parts can pose a danger to the machine
operator.
Tire Mounting
Caution: Verify that the tire and the rim are of the same size before proceeding with mounting.
To avoid any damage, ensure to properly lubricate the tire bead with the lubrication recommen-
ded by the manufacturer. Mount the tire and check its condition. When mounting the rim, avoid
placing hands in the claws.
Lock the hexagonal vertical mounting arm, place the tire on the rim, let the rocker return to its po-
sition as if to dismount the tire. Let one side of the tire drop over the rear section of the mounting
head, and the other side under the front section of the mounting head. Hold the tire with hands
or the assisting arm, and then rotate the turntable to mount the tire bead. Repeat the above
operation to mount the tire with the bead facing upwards.
Tire Inflation
The inflation operation is very dangerous if mounting is not carried out as indicated in the above
operations, or if the tire has been damaged during mounting. Tire blowout goes upwards and
outwards, and its burst can cause injury or death.
A tire can burst due to:
1. When the rim and the tire are not of the same size
2. The tire or rim is damaged
3. The inflation pressure is above the maximum recommended by the manufacturer
4. The operator does not follow safety instructions Please follow the steps below:
5. Make sure the rim and tire are of the same size
6. Remove the valve cap
7. Ensure the nozzle is pressed down all the way.
8. Lubricate the rim and tire profile
9. Inflate the tire with pauses, while inflating, constantly check the pressure on the gauge, also
check if the tire bead is fully seated or not. Repeat the operation until the bead is secure. For
convex rims, extra precautions should be taken.
10. Inflate until reaching the required pressure. Caution: Never exceed the pressure limit pro-
vided by the manufacturer. Keep hands and body away from the tire while inflating. Only
properly trained personnel can perform such operations, avoid unauthorized personnel near
the machine.
Machine Movement
Use a forklift to move the machine. Disconnect the machine from the electrical and pneumatic
supply, lift the base, and insert the forklift forks. Move to the desired location and properly secure
it to the ground.
Note: The machine location must comply with safety regulations.
