ASSEMBLY
Use the pointed jaw to remove the nail embedded in the plate; unpack the cardboard box and
plastic cover. Check and ensure that all parts listed in the spare parts list are present. If any part
is missing or broken, please do not use the machine and contact the manufacturer or distributor
as soon as possible.
Respect the minimum required measurements to operate the machine properly. For outdoor use,
the machine must be adequately protected from the sun and rain. Do not use in environments
with explosion
Installation:
1. Unscrew the nuts from the bottom, place the machine, and calibrate it with the horizontal ruler.
2. Assemble the machine with all the screws and ensure that the machine is stable. Make sure the
system is equipped with a good grounding circuit to prevent electrical leaks.
3. Unscrew nut A from machine body B as shown in Figure 3.
4. Lift column C; mount it on machine body B using nut A through the bolt located on machine
body B. If the column loosens, tighten it immediately or it could damage the tire.
Electrical and pneumatic connections:
Before proceeding with installation and connection, check that the power supply matches the
machine's technical specifications. All electrical and pneumatic operations must be carried out
by a professional electrician. Connect the compressed air connector on the right side of the ma-
chine to the compressed air system. The electrical network to which the machine is connected
must have a protection device with fuses and good grounding protection of the outer cover.
Install the automatic air leak switch in the electrical network, the leakage current is set at 30A.
Caution: There is no power plug for this machine, the user must self-connect a power plug not
less than 16A, as well as in line with the machine voltage. Or connect directly to the power source
according to the above
